India's 60th Independence Year

This 15th August India celebrated its 60th year of Independence. Lot have been changed in India as a country whatever our forefathers thought. India Boasts of becoming super power in near future. The officalls even dare to set goals till 2020 for acheiveing it. Is it a just merely a hyped situation in line with other strong economies or India is really in such a poised condition. There are lot to learn from the strong economies. Lets just compare ourselves with Yanks a little bit.



Why American are ahead of whole World

The Analysis why America is ruler of whole world and what we can learn from them.


Time Management:

We all have 24 hours a day – Fact of life

But how we utilize and put this time in to productive work that matters. They are always on move continuously working hard, innovating and improvising.

Educational System:

The educational system of Americans stresses on overall development of an individual than just cramming certain books. Education counseling and selecting right carrier path according to individual skills play a vital role in developing passion for something worth the effort.

Competition & Innovation:

Competition is the way to getting best out of somebody. There is major stress on the competition from the childhood and Americans are not ready to take defeat in their stride, so the result is that they are relentlessly innovating new methods and technology.

Courage:

Courage is the backbone of leadership. Until u do not have courage to act on some of the brilliant ideas u can not move ahead. American dream bigger and willing to spend their entire life chasing dreams whatever it may comes.


Although India is slowly waking from slumber and destined to move ahead in elite group thanks to globalization but we would like to know what the reason India lacks behind was and what was the tyranny of India as a nation?

1. We always blamed government for even slightest of the mishappening events in our lives.
2. We did not innovate; we like to stick with same old conventional methods.
3. We kept on idealizing and waste too much time in religious ceremonies.
4. Neither we party harder nor did we work hard.
5. We wasted too much time on useless chatter and discussing America and other progressive nations.
6. We did not value the need of competition and was scared of it.
7. We were less united for a common cause than Americans.
8. We prefer Nepotism till date than a person most suitable for any position.
9. We were not life long learners and only stick to one field in which we pursue our carrier.
