Aftermaths of Leaving by “Love Rajinder”

Girdhari Ji was seen wandering here and there as his mind provokes him to do; he is totally in oblivion from the day he resigned. Gone were the days when Mr. Deep Singh used to criticize him and covets for his top post, now days he is busy bootlicking and even supporting him because finally he would be in charge now after coveting and prying almost 3 years for that top post. He must be thinking as a new in charge he would be finally getting an authority of taming some of the non-followers of his out of the world frequent advices which he thinks is very coherent and unique and no one on earth can provide with you that, The people who were alwayz in denial mode includes Mohan, Pinni Pinni Chacha and Mr. Joginder Singh Khurd (Payara Betta of Pinni Pinni Chacha).

Some times even the company associates and vendors were shocked to hear the advices and solutions put forth by Mr. Deep. They can not believe that how can a company employ such a stupid and mad person on a top position. The only thing that they do not know is Mr. Deep success mantra lies in sycophancy and bootlicking all the bosses. He even uses to whistle blew and divulge the discussions from here and there and never minded maligning his colleagues to gain confidence of the bosses. He was able to show the bosses a tampered, one sided story of the picture. Surely “Love Rajinder” knew it all as told to him by “Col. Dhillon, the X HRD Head” and others, but “Love” never reprimanded him publically, he still wanted him to grow. As others also knew about his wrongdoings it was “Love Rajinder” who was able to shield him from any brawls and quarrels that Mr. Deep would have undergone with his colleagues. He was almost on verge of getting repent several times and if it would have been so, the quarrels would be so huge that all his learning from Nigeria, Pune and Bombay could not save him. Once Mohan and Pinni Pinni Chacha got so frustrated by his interferences that they had decided to contact “Biddi Singh” the eternal reliever of “Boss Frustrated Employees”. “Biddi” an X-Private Job Goer have gone mad during his stint with the private job and now days can be seen wandering the roads, streets of the Amritsar. If your boss gives you tough time at the office you just have to say to “Biddi” and then he would be onto your boss and will get your boss so frustrated that he will be left with no other choice than to leave and “Biddi” does this just for free to savior you.

Now as the Big Daddy “Love Rajinder” has gone to protect the others from his vicious and arrogant attitude and spoiled thinking, Deep was thinking he would be surely having his way and emptying his grudges soon. No one better than Payara Betta to experience his first bossiness, Mr. Deep Singh has called Mr. Joginder Singh by yelling “Yahaan Aayo, I need your status on the report of Wal-Mart”

He went on saying “Delhi HO has tussled in my head because you are not providing them with the report soon.”

Then came the worldly advice “Joginder Yaar! Motta Motti Kar de Na, Delhi HO will never know that we have not done the analysis.”

Upon hearing this “Betta ji” as usual lost his temperament and soon the obscenities were passed from his side. Mr. Deep Singh was also quick in replying with same stuff. He believes in the saying “If some one gives you one bucket of shit, you must give him two buckets of shit, ain’t compromise on that” Every body in the office was looking what it was happening and then Mohan and Varun interfered and get them separated.

After stopping them Mohan, Varun, Parminder and Jagmohan Ram went to nearby Sarpanch’s house in Mohan’s I10 Car to bring Free Potatoes that the Sarpanch promised to Mr. Parminder. On their return they chatted about the incident just occurred and Mr. Parminder told “He himself has had altercation with Mr. Joginder.”

Mohan, Jagmohan and Varun said “Though Joginder has great sense of humor, he can prank with others but he can not resist if some one other pranks on him”

Today also thier common email was also made un-operational by IT department on request of Mr. Deep Singh. Some psycho has blamed and emailed to directors about Mr. Deep Singh by writing the name of team. Whosoever has done it, have done it to take revenge or malign the image of Mr. Deep. No wonder Mr. Deep Singh is gone mad today. He is vaguely passing the dialogue that reliance people would be soon telling him the name of the computer from which it was done and he has readied his shoes for beating that coward. His calculating mind can think of every name and possibility and rumors were on that it could be the one from his present frustrated colleagues or from the old rivals. Now IT and Mr. Deep do not want to take the second chance. And here Mohan’s job has decreased to half-fold as his main clerical job was to write emails from this common email. He also sighed a relief.

Next Day everybody got the news that both sides have told their stories to Col. Karma, the X-Rajputana Rifles commanding officer, now the Director of HRD and Administration of the company. Col sahib a Problem solving, Hardworking, courageous and daring man in his late 50s can be observed busy in his work routine whenever one visit or call him. He has the real solutions of the complex problems of organization and life. 24 hours a day seem to be very less for him and he is entirely indefatigable. No wonder he does not believes in writing emails.

He showed his qualms regarding the current issues with Mr. Joginder that were popping up frequently now.

“Get him fired, I don’t want him working here anymore” “This is what col. sahib told me” said Mr. Deep to Tittaru. “But I have convinced him, not to worry about Joginder”

All were skeptical about Mr. Deep showing restraint till the time all found out that “Betta ji” has phoned Mr. Deep Singh sorrying him about his behavior and he also went on saying that “I say whatever I have to on your face.” “There are others in this company which backbites and make fun of you in your absence at least I do not do that.”

On finding that Pinni Pinni Chacha has declared that Joginder will not more his baptized Betta and proclaimed “Joginder was the one that used to backbite Mr. Deep in his absence” “Joginder is a coward, why the hell he dares if can not stand”
“Joginder is a person with double standards, a selfish man”

Tears dwelled in the eyes of both Joginder and Pinni Pinni Chacha and Mr. Deep Singh was sighing a relief that his strategy of “Divide and Rule” kicked off finally.
