Reflections on Leaving the Company by Ronki Ram and Sh. Rajinder (AVP)

Rare are the men in this world who can be considered as good human beings and both embodied the same feeling everybody they met.

Though there was a buzz around long time ago about the possibility of Mr. Rajinder leaving the company, but nobody ever thought about it would come so quickly. Some where happy, some were depressed, some were even feared what repercussions it will bring onto their lives.

Mr. Rajinder or “Love Rajinder” as we know him has alwayz ran his life and other’s life around him in his own terms which may be considered by some emotionally intelligent people as silly or fill of too sageness but people here in Amritsar just loved his company, they were surprised how can a AVP be like him/her. Love Rajinder can connect with every body and just anybody on this planet and that was the main reason for his success. Youngster and fresh joins can be seen enjoying singing songs, jokes and even playing cricket with him, others can be seen enjoying the worldly wisdom on professionalism and on life that “Love Rajinder” loves to pass to anybody he meets (of course must be accumulated by toiling hard and enduring hard in the life and gulping “Self help/motivational” books). His unique way to write “Love” in the emails end after any accomplishment or in a dire fiasco has led us to namesake him “Love Rajinder or Rajinder Bhai”

Ronki Ram the savior of gals and Mohan's only room-mate from the Delhi days was leaving this company finally and everybody was experiencing mixed feelings. Mohan was feeling finally he would be having one more Almirah at his disposal (which would better manage his apparel), the room and the other bed would be more clean now, there would be less mosquitoes in his room and also he would getting rid of all of his chitter chatters in the night. Gosh he has prayed to god for this from a long time and that was one of his reasons visiting Golden Temple but he never wanted Ronki his elder brother to leave.

Tittaru Singh doubted who other than Ronki ram would have the capability to take the Udatte Teer (Flying Arrows) though everybody has nominated Mr. Deep Singh for that. Ronki was famous in the company for indulging his ass in any trouble without knowing it. He alwayz felt restless in the heart if there is some trouble and alwayz thought he has that magic stick that would unravel the trouble. He was also famous for escorting/lingering around the VIPs and new comers in the company, late arrival and late staying in company without any work, downloading all the day and most importantly his ability to get along with girls. He can be friend with any girl on this planet and strangely even all his girl friend call him as “Ronki Bhai”. The only thing that only few know that how clear is he from heart and he has this strong and unique capability of forgetting all the previous troubles and problems. He has alwayz stood through his family and friend through thick and thin and supported them financially and emotionally and at times generated some negative effects on his own life.

It was last day on work for “Love Rajinder” and all bid him adieu by email and even pleasantries were passed by those who criticized him during his stay. A special framed collage was prepared and presented to "Love Rajinder" by Mrs. Renu and Ms. Poonam with the comments of everyone.

Pinni Pinni Chacha Lahul Tittaru and Mohan were emotional during evening and after few peg of Rum all SMSed “Love Rajinder” stating that they also want to come along and do not want to work here. Tittaru went on saying that I will leave all of my girl friends, Lahul wrote I would also want to be with you but Pls do not tell Mr. Kawal the head of purchase whereas Mohan's SMS was a commitment to non–altercations with persons like Mr. Deep Singh in future.

“Daru kam piyo and we would be soon working together” came the reply from the Connoisseur of People Skill.
