Betta g arrived very next day with a swallowed mouth and it seems like he has not smiled from years and here Mr. Anger Manager Mr. Deep Singh arrived fresh, full of joviality and energy. Surely Mr. Deep Singh has in fact three best qualities in this world 1. Knows to manage his anger very well 2. Can start fresh after strong altercations with anybody 3. Can generate instant rapport with new comers and fresh joins. Col. Dhillon, the X-HRD Head surely acknowledged him very highly during his initial days and can be heard saying, “If someone really has the gut in the entire department its Mr. Deep” but it’s really an enigma whosoever have praised him highly initially alwayz went cold hearted against him. Col Dhillon’s remarks after resigning were, “Mr. Deep is a non-technical man, why the hell he has been recruited, he has done every single thing incorrect.”

After hearing realizations like this Mr. Deep is always onto finding next leverage, with his TP playing the part of pivots/fulcrum and his career uplifted as a lever.

The one liners he used to influence other was somewhat copy of dailouge of movie 3-idiots

Mr. Deep’s stance

The only Difference is that Mr. Deep Says with his paints on and 3-Idiots with there paints down.

Though there was never a much work available with Mr. Deep (As he alwayz manage to get the best available subordinates in the team, upon them he dumps his entire work), he tries to show the VIPs during their visits that he has got all the works of his colleagues and he is the one who is running this show. Otherwise his daily routine includes Equity trading, reading bengali newspaper on net, playing solitaire and passing his useless gayan.

Love Rajinder Supported him because he thought Mr. Deep has the potential to be a good man-manager despite of all his shortcomings, as the job profile itself requires managing people and time only, there was no rocket science in developing such a basic product. he believed it’s basic an iterative process of some common fundamentals/logics to develop a new show. But as they say old habits die hard, Mr. Deep is only stuck in applying his vast gayan to some non-complex problems. He surely feels enormous pain in his mind and in his ass after behaving normally for some period.

Mr. Deep has several times warned “Love Rajinder” not to give much air to Mohan and Pinni Pinni Chacha stating that though they work hard but have their own limited maturity levels which may be deterimental if they are given a leading position. He even sometime dares to put the Fear of “Management Failure” in the eyes of Love Rajinder. A true Sage even in the corporate life as “Love Rajinder” is can only be seen educating him about the opportunities that lie ahead and alwayz advised him not to waste time and energy battling minnows.

Here when Mr. Joginder Singh is blown in something or just had experienced strong altercations with somebody can been seen keeping onto himself. He can talk to few whom he has to (Namely Pinni Pinni Chacha, Mr. Gaga Singh and Mr. Varun) otherwise they would surely desert him and he do not want that. He can also be seen very friendly these days with Mr. Sunil Pal (Old Rival of Betta G) who now shares common views on their common enemies.

He was talking to Mr. Gaga and then Mr. Yuan Khan that “Nobody came to my rescue the other day, all are mean people specially Mohan, I initiated a revolt against Mr. Deep and nobody supported me, people should desert Mr. Deep”

Mr. Yuan Khan in a mocking way passed his comments on Mohan that “Mr. Joginder why do not you vomit your anger on Mohan” on finding Mr. Joginder is tearing some papers.

Surely Mohan knew all the vicious weeping done by Betta g to everybody but kept silent and did not want to create more scenes. He knew that the job turf itself is tough one and further the emoluments are very low leading to frustrations at work and in family.

Though during Betta g mum period there are no hues and cries related to his boastfulness of himself and his work, some of them generally are “Its me who have created the Wal-mart and others just sat around and enjoyed my success” “I am a mature technocrat” “I am a building expert” “It’s I who deserve more Salary and better Designation” “Primavera and MSP are nothing”

Though everybody other than Mohan makes fun of Mr. Joginder in his absence about the Wal-mart stuff, Mr. Joginder has always felt Jealousy and hatred inside his heart towards Mohan with ambiguous reasons.

In Evening all got the news that in Khanna Site Chadda Sahib and Munni Kaka has had a big fight with their boss. The Phones from Amritsar were busy to get the news as the gossip season is booming much due to latest series of resignations in Delhi HO and Amritsar.

Some specification changes were the reason and the boss’s inability to synchronize all the stuff has leads the boss blaming his team members. The other news regarding Major’s Sahib’s Involvement in Land Scam and dwindling of huge amount of money also came forth. It was also understood he has been terminated from his services.

The morale of all of them became all time low and everybody was on to http://www.naukri.com/ very first time for finding suitable jobs.
